I was thinking strawberry favored mead sounds good. Has anyone ever had a Strawberry mead? If so, was it good? Anyone got a recipe? thanks.

I've been tinkering with mead between my batches of beer. here are a couple of links that have some small 1 gallon batch recipes.

I brewed a 1 gallon batch of strawberry mead in november of 2009. I only got like7 beer bottles out of it and am waiting until the holiday season 2010 to see if it turned out. I tried one bottle after 4 months and it was pretty good, but everything I've read says to give the stuff a year and you will be blown away.

Brew in the fridge: Double Chocolate Stout
