The first try I used

5 pounds mild
1.5 golden oats
1 caramunich
1 victory
.5 British Chocolate

.5 first gold 60 min
.5 first gold flameout

European Ale yeast

It got infected but I think thats too much spec grains now anyway..

So I was thinking to use

5 pounds mild (5 left)
2 pounds 2 row
1 pound golden oats (for oily silky)
1/2 caramunich
1/4 victory
1/4 British Chocolate

1 oz Firstgold 60 min

European Ale or Scotish if I only get WL available
Jeff

Looking good Dabs.

If you're still getting a cereal flavor or aroma after that, consider dropping the oat addition down.

Nice yeast option, my vote would be for the European strain.

Nothing with an OG under 70 and double that for IBUs. Why waste my time on session beers?

That's going to suck too.
Brew it up and ship it to me for disposal.
